Pressure washer without tap water?

Hi I wanna use a pressure washer to wash my car- but don’t have tap water available outside. Is it possible to use a pressure washer with a water bucket/tub instead of tap? Thanks

Karcher washers and similar types will happily work from a receptacle of water. I don’t reckon a bucket will be huge enough and you also have to avoid any particles being sucked into the pump.
Keep the supply hose small and try to supply a bit of pressure by raising the reservoir to provide a "head" of water.

Depends on the washer – some will work from a tank, but most require mains pressure water supplies.

most household ones need the water forced into them under pressure as their pump wont suck the water out of a bucket

Hey wait a minute guys!!! Dont you have a washing machine in your house? If so, Then simply Undo the cold water supply on your washing machine, Take your water hose and connect it to the faucet for the washer, Then take the other end and hook it to the pressure washer! Just make sure to prime the pressure washer first.
