Can I Connect A Water Booster Pump To An Outside Tap To Boost Pressure Down A Hosepipe?

I’m thinking of this kind of pump http://www. machinemart. co. uk/shop/produc…
Aside from a non return valve, is there anything else I need to place on the tap?
I want increased water pressure, but not to the extent of a pressure washer.
Thanks

Water In Oil – Pressure Washer Pump?

I have got water in my pressure washer pump oil. Im sure this means the seals are gone, but why isnt it leaking water out from between the head the the crankcase and onto the ground? But yet it can still push water into the crankcase? I dont know that part. Do i have a problem other than the seals? The pressure is kinda low, 4000psi unit, 4gpm and only running 2300 psi or so with a 4. 5 nozzle. Should be about 3500 i reckon with that nozzle. I did adjust the engine speed down a small but not too much. Pressure does build up to a small over 4000 psi according to the gauge when the trigger is released and the unloader goes to bypass mode. Please help!?

Should I thank him for overriding my order? Or should I be upset? It’s a hawk pump.

I Have A Troy-bilt Pressure Washer 1 Year Old. I Can Not Get Any Pressure There Was Dirt In Pump Outlet Pipe?

I am Troy-Bilt pressure washer 1 years ancient. I'm not getting any pressure to have the dirt exit of the tube pump. I removed the country, but now there is no pressure to build. The engine works well, and if you wait a moment to make a certain pressure does not pull to start, but soon to fall.
