It is hard to say, Sears buys from so many different companies who place their name on the product.
Which pressure washer should I buy to use around the yard?
I’ve looked at a few websites and see that I can get gas powered washers for upwards of $400 and also get small electric ones for as low as $80. I know that the huge difference seems to be the pressure that each puts out (PSI) but that’s all I know.
Can I get a compressor so I can say attach a paint sprayer, a tire inflator and then attach a head so I can pressure wash? Or do I have to get a compressor for paint and air and then a pressure washer as well? I’m mostly interested in the washing part but would be nice to have an all in one solution if that is even available?
Here is what I want to do…wash the cars, RV, kids bikes, driveway, vinyl siding on the house and basic yardwork type of chores.
Please help me figure out what to buy?
If it were me… I’d go to the local rental equipment shop and question the guy in charge of what he thinks. Why – because he would be the one very familiar with what you’d be looking for. As that’s what he rents, and is very knowledgeable about.
I have a gasoline powered pressure washer, in which I forgot to add gas stabilizer before winter.?
Now, once the engine gets hot, it stalls out. I assume the lines or carb got gummed up. Any thoughts how to clean it out?

how do build my own pressure washer with gas motor?
The dangers of making your own pressure washer could result in serious injury. You would need to make a sealed compression chamber for your air that would have to make 1400+ PSI and hold 1-5 gallons of air for personal use, and 20-50 gallons of air for commercial use. you would then need a water source, hose or tank. by the time you go through all of this distress you will have spent more than you would to buy one.
Can anyone tell me why my pressure washer will not immediately restart when it runs out of gas and I refill it
I have a pressure washer that I have loved; but, it always runs out of gas while I am using it. I then turn all of the gadgets off, refill it, and then start the process to start it over again. It will not let me restart. If I let it cool down completely it will usually start, but I was wondering if there was a reason it did this and if there was something I could do to keep from having to wait so long in-between working. I am only able to do about a third or a half of a project at a time.
It’s called Vapor lock it happens when a hot engine runs out of fuel some engines do it some don’t even of the same model. either fuel up before you run out or you may be able to buy a fuel cape with a primer bulb on it to force the fuel through the heated carburetor.
